Search Engine Updates

FirstStop WebSearch™ has a built-in engine update system. It checks for engine updates and automatically downloads and applies them.

Important Note: FirstStop WebSearch™ relies very much on how search engines present their results. Search engines change their formats frequently, and often this requires the FirstStop WebSearch™ engine patterns to be updated.   A common sign that an engine pattern needs to be updated is if a particular engine always returns zero results even for simple searches.
