The user may export the search results in a variety of file formats that allow the search results to be used almost anywhere. Current file formats supported for export include Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), MS Word, MS Excel, and Comma Separated Values (CSV).
To export results:
From the "Results" menu, choose "Export To". Then select one of the following file types:
- HTML
- MS Word Document
- MS Excel Workbook
- MS Access
- CSV (Comma Separated)
- XML
- Text File
- RSS
